Morning comes to Vegas... It does, I swear! So anyhow, it's early
and NAA(also known as New Attitude Athletics) is quite busy. As we make
our way inside, we shuffle our way past a few NAW superstars who took Stan
up on the offer to get some much needed R n R. Shinobi Kamikaze is seen
jogging on the treadmill. Raou and Andrew Dalton are at the weight benches.
Even The Untouchable, Tommy Dillon, is there riding the excercise bike.
In the sparring ring, Stan Grubb is seen, resting.
Stan: "Hey, come on in man, I'm just taking a break!"
We make our way to the ring but not before we notice the office door
open and out walks Rebecca Tanke. She's dressed rather conservatively considering
her radical behavior as of late. She's turned on her brother, given Becky
Grubb a piece or two or three of her mind, and set Dave Flare up for a
horrible attack. You'd think a women that active would allow her clothing
to help assist her new 'attitude' on life. Huh? I said New Attitude? Weird,
just a coincidence.
Stan: "Hey Bec, look who decided to come and see us."
Rebecca: "Well hello Bob, how'd you like our last show? I thought
it came off SMASHINGLY."
Cameraman Bob: "Oh that's funny. Yeah, so do you think Becky
and Dave have the same amount of humor towards your actions?"
Stan: "Well, we're getting right to it, aren't we? We'll get
to Flare and my deviant little sister, don't you worry. For now I wanted
to talk about something else."
Bob: "I can only imagine."
Stan: "Bob, why so glum friend? Did we have a bad morning? Not
get your coffee or something? Hey man, it's Monday, but lets try to lighten
up! I was going to try and let you know about some of our recent activities.
For instance, I'll bet you didn't even notice the car outside I got for
Bec. That's a brand new Lexus, ya know. Those things DO NOT come cheap.
As a matter of fact, they are costly as hell. And another thing, what about
the way that Rebecca just talked Wilde down like he was a dog. Man I tell
you what, that was some funny shit. God, since I finally decided to go
my own way, it's been great!"
Bob: "Great, huh. Well Stan, I can't really agree. I mean Wilde
Tanke brought you here. He gave you a chance when no one else would and
your only answer was to break his heart. And then you, Rebecca, you have
the nerve to twist the knife deeper by verbally assaulting him. Then, the
two of you decided to ruin a perfectly innocent-"
Stan: "Don't even start. You know, that little twit Tanke, he
just stood there, awestruck. Then he had the nerve to lash out like he's
some kind of abused little kid. Let me make something clear, when I stepped
out of that tag team, my decision was clearly for the betterment of myself.
I held him on my back as long as I could and if there are any doubts, you
can cue the video up to where I took on Sullivan for him plus beat Pots
to eliminate the TWO men from BWWa."
Rebecca: "Greatness is never appreciated appropriately dear.
We know the truth and that's all that matters."
Stan: "Thank you! See? She knows. She's not stupid like all the
rest. She understood me, and she knew a winner when she saw it, plain and
simple."
Rebecca: "You see Bob, everyone makes choices. My career and
my personal life are full of choices. Being here with Stan, supporting
him and loving him, it was the only logical choice. So you'll understand
why I feel little remorse for ruining my brother's plans. I gave him better
than he ever returned to me. I tried as hard as I could to show him that
he could be something great. It's rather unfortunate he chose to be something
less than that. We all make choices though. He made his, and I have made
mine."
Bob: It's funny, I said this and I knew full well what they
would say. "Speaking of choices, it would certainly appear that your
sister BECKY made her choice now wouldn't it?"
Rebecca: "That little MINX deserves every bit of punishment she
gets. How DARE she turn her back on her brother! To think she dared upstage
me as well? And you know, it's even sweeter that little twit Flare got
his brain scrambled by my man here. You see, the truth can indeed set you
free."
Bob: "Truth, thats a unique word for the two of you. You conveniently
use such a word to avoid discussing how you took liberties on Dave Flare
and Becky Grubb. You use truth and career decisions to make yourselves
look good. How do you explain that?"
Stan: "Truth, Bob, hurts. See, for Wilde it was his mental destruction
that was the product of me telling him the truth about me making my move
to become a singles star. As for my little sister, it will be unbearable
pain when the truth hits her. The truth about her, by the way, is that
she couldn't bear to be away from an industry that I showed her. She needed
to have that fix and when she finally crashes, she'll be useless once again.
And since I said the word, let's discuss Dave Flare."
Rebecca: "What a useless little twit he was. I mean, did you
see the lost puppy look he had when he came to the arena? It was PRICELESS."
Stan: "See, while I understand my sister is in a state of denial,
I always recognize the need to protect family. In this case, I'm going
to do Becky a favor. See Flare, I gave you a warning recently, that I'd
reccomend you heed. Don't get involved with me. Don't step in the same
arena, don't look at my family, quite frankly your best bet is to not even
step inside a BWWa ring while I'm here. Otherwise, if you don't you'll
meet the same fate you did a few days ago. You'll find yourself being destroyed
at the hands of New Attitude. Destruction, is to say the least, very liberating.
I advise you, Dave, to take a walk and reconsider your occupation. If you
don't, well let's just say bad things can take place."
Bob: "Thank you for your time. I'm sure you'll see me again and
even MORE certain you'll talk with me more."
Stan: "It was your pleasure, I'm sure."
And that was it. I got up and left. The NAW stars had left by the time I left the ring. Rebecca and Stan, both with New Attitude? No, to be honest, I think they are showing what they're really about. It's funny, I did feel some degree of sympathy for Dave Flare. Then again, I doubt he's going to stand for such acts.
