Almost all these dates are approximate.  Not exactly guesswork for the most part, but approximate.  I'll try to more or less get them in chronological order, though.

Mike D's IWCW was basically my start in ewrestling:  I remember the times very fondly.  This is my current federation, as of this writing, and it'd take quite a while to explain how differently things have been done throughout the six years or so between the two federations.  This may be the heaviest percentage of co roleplays I've done.
