I've been meaning to update this thing for a few weeks now.. I've only missed one party, and that was due to computer problems.. Other than that, I've done at least something or another every Sunday for a while now.
The first official party was way back in Mid December 2007.. okay so it's not a year long tradition, but I've also hosted at least a half dozen or more parties in the past previous to starting this tradition.. but after not doing it for so long, it's taken a while to get back into my groove.
This's the first time I've set to trying to do a weekly parties.. EVERY Sunday at 5PM Central time.. I believe I've only missed one party so far.. due to computer problems.. although there were a couple weeks so far I haven't had them.
We've had parties on the 13th, 20th and 27th, meaning I've managed to get it done three weeks in a row. The most recent party was the Talos Island get together..
As long as I can get the influence up and / or I have someone to donate spare influence, I also host a small "costume and talent" contest, with prizes usually 75K or higher.
In this case, you're judged on your costume of choice, as well as your answer to one of my incredibly random questions.. an ideal answer will usually take even a talented typist three to five minutes to answer...

FEBRUARY 3, 2008 - The Great Talos Veggie Blowout I
Location: Spankys boardwalk, Talos Island
Party Description: I meant to get this up back on Monday.. Ah, at least this party book will ensure the REST of the parties for the near future are advertised in advance. Insanity's Co Leader Fluffernutter's gotten tired of pizza themed parties, and has demanded we host this event in compensation. Apples, bananas, carrots, corn on the cob, and even a little Apple Pie! Expect our weekly costume& Talent contest (around 90,000 influence in prizes, plus any donations..) and an apple bobbing contest, maybe with a few prizes for that as well...
Healthy partying at it's best!
FEBRUARY 10, 2008 - VALENTINE's DAY PREVIEW!
Location: Silver Lake, Steel Canyon
Party Description: Okay, so not so much an official preview as a chance to celebrate and party to the theme of the next big holiday.. Valentine's! Discuss the recent going on's in Paragon City, bring that loved one, or maybe even meet the person of your destiny! (Probably not!) Once again.. we'll have the weekly costume and talent contest, as well as games, goodies, and a bunch of fun! Join us as we return to our party base, Silver Lake!
FEBRUARY 17, 2008 - FEBURARY PIZZA and COOKIES PARTY
Location: Silver Lake, Steel Canyon
Party Description: This month's pizza party! Casual and street clothes are encouraged but not required. This party's all about the snake plate, as we'll heat up those leftover Valentine's Day sugar cookies, reflect on how everyone's Valentine's Day went, pump out a few tunes, play a few days, and generally ignore the soon-to-be fading cold of winter in Paragon City!
